Sorry I haven't wrote a post in a while. I have been sick and just so busy. The stuffed mushrooms were really yum!
4 large flat mushrooms
2 tbsp oil
1 small onion
4 slices of bacon
65g grated parmesan
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Remove stems of mushrooms and finely chop. Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and bacon and cook until the bacon is lightly browned. Add the stems and cook for 1 min. Transfer mix to bowl. Add breadcrumbs, parsley and parmesan and stir. Place mushroom caps onto lined baking tray and spoon the filling into the caps. Bake for 20min or until the topping is golden or mushrooms are tender. Serve immediately.

I made French Toast last weekend. I have got a really easy recipe:
1/2 cup milk
4 pieces of bread
Crack egg and pour milk into a wide/shallow bowl. Whisk 'till combined. Dip bread so it is covered and put in frying pan with butter. Cook 'till brown both sides and put sugar and cinnamon on.
I was out of shoes so we went shopping and I got some Converse. The best part is they are yellow. Bright yellow!
Not much has been happening. Just relaxing. The way I like it!
